The Panasonic WV-CP254H surveillance camera is ultra compact without compromising features of a much larger camera. A day/night function enables the camera to switch from color video under sufficient light to a high resolution B&W when it gets dark, ensuring dependable 24-hour security monitoring. A multitude of settings and functions assure quality operation under different lighting environments including shadowy dark and bright areas and harsh back-lit situations. Equipped with a standard CS mount, the camera accepts a variety of lenses including auto iris, high speed, zoom, and vari-focal lenses.

Enables 24-hour dependable video surveillance by auto (or manually) switching from color under available light to a high resolution B&W when it gets very dark.

High Resolution, Low Lux

The WV-CP254H records a high resolution of 480 lines in color mode and 570 lines in B&W mode. The camera is also super light sensitive with a minimum light rating of 2.0 lux in color mode and 0.15 lux in B&W mode.

Electronic Settings

A multitude of automatic and user selectable settings are available to enhance video quality in different lighting environments and color temperatures.
Electronic shutter from 1/60 to 1/15,000 sec: ensures accurate capture of fast moving objects
Back Light Compensation: prevents under exposure of foreground objects in back-lit environments
Digital signal processing: eliminates banding and light smearing in conditions with super bright and dark areas

Internal or Line Lock Sync

This camera features Internal or Line Lock Sync as well as Panasonic's proprietary VD2 sync system for roll free equipment switching.

Fujinon YV5x2.7R4B-SA2L 1:1.3/2.7-13.5mm 1/3 CS Zoom Lens

Fujinon's CS Mount 2.7 to 13.5mm Varifocal Auto Iris Lens is a wide-angle lens that fits a CS mounted color, B/W or day/night surveillance camera with either a 1/3" or 1/4" image sensor. Its aspherical glass elements virtually eliminate spherical aberrations to remove distortion at the edges of the lens, and correct for astigmatism to allow for tack-sharp focusing. Both the focal length and focus are manually adjustable, and a built-in neutral-density filter makes this lens ideal for use with high-sensitivity cameras.
